When you sign-up, we will show you how to install a Live Chat widget on your website so you can communicate with your customers in real-time. When you are not around, the live chat widget will allow visitors to leave you a message. sonarCX will generate a task with the visitor’s details and automatically assign it to the designated person for follow-up.

When you sign-up, we will set you up with a SMS number. Your customers can choose to send you an SMS (text), including images and videos, anytime they need to get a hold of you. These times-tamped messages will be added to the customer’s timeline along with messages from all other communication channels.

Depending on your notification settings, you will receive a notification via sonarCX, email, and SMS so that an inquiry from a prospect visiting your website is never missed.
